for all our fares. Remember that doing it at the airport counter has additional charges for basic and light fares.
You can check-in
from 48 or 24 hours* until 60 minutes before international flights and 45 minutes before domestic flights in Colombia or Ecuador.
Arrive at the airport
at least 3 hours before for your international** flight and 2 hours before domestic flights in Colombia and Ecuador.
- *Online check-in opens 48 hours before the flight or 24 hours before for flights to or from the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
- **If you are flying from Caracas, you must arrive at the airport 4 hours before your scheduled flight departure.
- If you are traveling from Havana, you must complete and finalize the check-in process at the airport. This process is required by local authorities and has no additional cost.
